Curtiss P-40 Warhawk

The pilot behind the aircraft is Warbird Adventures’ own Thom Richard, owner of the American Dream. Being one of only five TP-40’s in the world, this is the only one offering dual instruction, enticing exhilarating experience flights to the public. The snarling teeth and vicious eyes of the shark painted near the nose of this WWII fighter will send shivers down your spine. The shark mouthed craft has a history of confirmed kills behind it, offering more character to its painted homage to the “Flying Tigers”. The biggest takeaway of this demonstration will be Richard’s precision handling of 1,325 horsepower. The biggest roar from this beast comes in below 10,000 feet flying in at around 250 miles per hour. Spectators can expect to see aerial maneuvers like 8 point rolls, the warbird shooting up as if shot from a cannon, cuban 8s, and flying in an inverted fashion. The V12 engine harbored within the place will deliver an excellent tribute to past attack fighters of the WWIl era.
